Cholesterol is a naturally occuring substance in our body.Cholesterol include many types.These are low density cholesterol(LDL) and high density cholesterol(HDL).
Naturally cholesterol level is balanced by our body.Due to some reasons may be food the cholesterol level is changed.Normally the HDL is higher and the LDL is lower.If there the LDL raise than HDL may lead to many heart diseases.
If the level of LDL is raised then it start depositing on the walls of arteries.This distruss the flow of blood to the heart.This cause many heart diseases.

1.Omega-3-fats containing foods reduce           LDL cholesterol.
2.Soluble fiber containing foods such as          fruits and vegetables also reduce LDL
3.Olive oil  raise the HDL cholesterol                  .This make the heart more protective.
4.Garlic and onions also reduce LDL                 cholesterol.
5.Herbs have an important role in reduce       the LDL cholesterol.This includevariety of     spices such as basil,rosemaryans t                   turmeric.. These are cardio protective.

FOOD THAT RAISE CHILESTEROL

 Sugar and carbohydrates are rich source of LDL cholesterol.So these must be avoided.

Alcohol containing high cholesterol contend.These must be reduce for reduce cholesterol.

Hydrogenated fats ,vegetable oil should be avoid.

Caffeine also disfunction  the heart.So it also avoid .
