REDUCE BLOOD PRESSURE EASLY

Blood pressure is a pressure that exert on the walls of the blood vessel.Normal blood pressure is 120/80 mm of hg.If the blood pressure is increased it cause the heart.Due to high blood pressure the blood pump to the heart decreases.This may lead to chronic heart diseases.

Maintaining of blood pressure in the normal level is important in the case of heart.So we can do many things to maintain the blood pressure.



For maintaining the blood pressure we can change some food habits firstly.Then we can do some exercises.
